Full Stack Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Development Manager to lead and mentor our growing team of developers in Chennai. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends technical expertise with people management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling software platforms—particularly mobile applications for iOS and Android—while guiding teams through full lifecycle development. The candidate will work closely with the U.S.-based leadership team and contribute to the overall strategy of our company. As a key member of our technology organization, the Full Stack Development Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a passion for mentoring and developing others. The ideal candidate should have experience in Agile development methodologies, version control systems like Git, and cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure. Additionally, proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript is highly desirable.
