About the Role Join us in building AI Agents for different modules within the Life Sciences CRM space. As a Python Developer, you'll help design and develop intelligent components that automate, optimize, and enhance workflows across domains like sales, operations, and compliance. You'll work on cutting-edge AI systems that bring real-time intelligence and automation to a high-impact industry. Key responsibilities: 1. Understand the business domain with minimal guidance from the management team; 2. Design and develop intelligent components using Python and React; 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and software engineers; 4. Develop and maintain AI systems that integrate with existing CRM systems; 5. Troubleshoot and debug code to ensure high-quality deliverables; 6. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and Python/React technologies.
