Full Stack Developer (Web & Mobile App)

Role: Full Stack Developer (Web & Mobile App) Hours: 8am - 5pm Mountain Standard Time USD Monthly Rate: $1,600 - $3,000 per month (negotiable based on experience) We're hiring a skilled Full-Stack Developer to lead the build of our CRM platform for the private equity and real estate space. You'll be responsible for both the web and mobile versions, working alongside our designer to create something fast, scalable, and truly useful. As a Full-Stack Developer, you'll be expected to: * Design and develop the web and mobile versions of our CRM platform, working closely with our designer to create a seamless user experience. * Collaborate with our product team to define the product roadmap and prioritize features. * Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure code. * Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development. * Work with our QA team to ensure that the product meets the required standards. * Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase. * Be available to work on weekends and occasional evenings as needed. * Be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. What we're looking for: * 3+ years of experience in full-stack development. * Strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React. * Experience with mobile app development using frameworks such as React Native or Flutter. * Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Ruby, or Python. * Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. * Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
