Full Stack Developer

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our tech team, with strong experience across both backend and frontend development. You’ll build scalable backend services and user-facing web applications. This role is ideal for developers who enjoy owning features end-to-end in an agile, product-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.

• Write clean, efficient, and secure backend code using Node.js.

• Build and integrate backend services and microservices with proper error handling.

• Implement authentication, authorization, data validation, and business logic.

• Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-quality user interfaces using React.

• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services.

• Work closely with designers to deliver intuitive and consistent user experiences.

• Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

• Contribute to frontend architecture, reusable components, and state management.

• Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, and MongoDB.

• Write and optimize queries, indexes, and data models.

• Ensure data integrity and performance in collaboration with backend services.

• Work closely with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver features smoothly.

• Support deployments and production releases in coordination with the DevOps team.

• Troubleshoot application-level production issues and participate in root cause analysis.

• Participate in code reviews and share best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.

• Strong proficiency in Node.js for backend development.

• Solid experience with React for frontend development.

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, MySQL).

• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.

• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred) from an application perspective.

• Comfortable working with Git and CI/CD workflows.

• Strong understanding of software design principles, system architecture, and security fundamentals.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with microservices-based systems.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.

• Prior experience working on SaaS platforms or loyalty management systems.
