Full Stack Developer

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Develop frontend and backend web applications.
• Support the analysis and definition of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly applications.
• Design and implement APIs.
• Maintain code integrity, structure, and organization.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both frontend and backend components.
• Analyse and implement cross-platform optimization.
• Ensure the implementation of security and data protection best practices.
• Compile and analyse data, processes, and code to troubleshoot issues and identify areas for improvement within the unit’s applications.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Master's degree in IT with minimum 9 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's degree and minimum of 13 years relevant experience) with minimum 5 years of experience in Software Development.
• At least 5 years of hands-on expertise in front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries (Angular, Bootstrap).
• Excellent proficiency in TypeScript, and state management tools.
• Strong experience with Java EE 8+, Spring 4+/Spring Boot 2+, Maven 2+, Hibernate 5+, SQL/PLSQL, NoSQL concepts, MongoDB, REST, OpenID, OpenAPI, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with development and deployment pipelines (Bamboo, Jenkins).
• Proficient in code versioning tools such as Git or SVN.
• Experience with database technologies including Oracle and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Working knowledge of JIRA is considered an asset.
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ is a plus.
• Understanding of DevOps processes is considered an asset.
• Excellent English language skills (C-level, written and spoken).
