Job description
Our client is seeking a Full Stack Developer who takes pride in building reliable, scalable, and high-quality software solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full development lifecycle, solve complex technical challenges, and contribute to meaningful digital transformation within a high-standard environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable front-end and back-end solutions.
- Build, document, integrate, and maintain APIs.
- Design, optimise, and manage databases with a focus on performance, accuracy, and data integrity.
- Work with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines to support reliable deployments.
- Participate in code reviews and uphold strong engineering standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and improve application performance.
- Contribute throughout the full SDLC within an Agile environment.
- Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and development teams.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers where required.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
- Strong .NET and C# development experience.
- Solid understanding of .NET frameworks and modern development practices.
- Good front-end development knowledge, including HTML5, CSS, XML, and jQuery.
- Proven experience developing and integrating APIs.
- Strong database fundamentals, including schema design, optimisation, and performance tuning.
- Good SQL skills, including experience with SSMS and SSRS.
- Ability to write effective queries and develop reports.
- Exposure to AWS or Azure will be advantageous.
- Experience working within an Agile software development environment.
