Real estate agents should be able to independently create, highly automate, and data-drivenly manage all their marketing with our AI-powered software.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

Development and Architecture

Actively further develop our SaaS platform, make technical decisions, and create scalable solutions.

AI and Innovation

Integrate modern AI technologies, coding agents, and new development approaches into product and daily development.

Team Leadership

Technically lead and coordinate our six-person international development team and design agile processes.

Stability and Security

Ensure platform operation, performance, data protection (in collaboration with the product team), technical security, and reliable releases.

05

Costs and Resources

Manage product costs (hosting costs, API costs, AI costs, and development budgets) and coordinate external partners.

06

Entrepreneurial Responsibility

Set technical priorities and make independent decisions in close cooperation with management and product management.

What You Bring

• Very good knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, modern frontend technologies, databases, and software architecture.
• You live and breathe AI, modern development methods, and ideally have experience with Scrum or other agile methods.
• Initiative, quick comprehension, entrepreneurial thinking, as well as good German and English language skills.
• Senior title or leadership experience? Not a must! Whether an experienced developer or a young talent with exceptional skills: what counts is your ability, your ambition, and your willingness to take responsibility.
