Full Stack Developer - Python / AI @ Banacha Street

Must have 3 years of experience in full stack or backend development, with good working knowledge of: Python, Django, Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL, React, Vite, Docker, and Azure experience designing and implementing LLM-based workflows, including structured outputs, validation, guardrails, retry/fallback logic, and telemetry ability to independently deliver end-to-end work and make sound technical decisions ability to use AI tools effectively for implementation, debugging, refactoring, and maintenance of complex systems ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders ability to communicate technical concepts and ideas to non-technical stakeholders ability to prioritize tasks based on business objectives and technical feasibility ability to work in an agile environment, prioritizing tasks based on business objectives and technical feasibility ability to use version control systems such as Git for code management and collaboration ability to write clean, readable, and well-documented code, following best practices and coding standards ability to participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions ability to use AI tools effectively for implementation, debugging, refactoring, and maintenance of complex systems
