Aufgaben

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (m/w/d) with Ruby on Rails expertise for exciting projects around our funding platform. You will work independently end-to-end and drive technological innovation in our company together with our CTO. The goal is to establish Brain Capital as the leading and continuously digitalized provider of student financing solutions – and you will play a key role!

Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung von Features und Projekten mit Ruby on Rails als Core-Technologie, inklusive Front- und Backend-Entwicklung
• Entwicklung skalierbarer Webanwendungen mit Frameworks wie React/JavaScript (Frontend) und Rails (Backend), inklusive APIs und Datenbanken
• Design, Implementierung und Testing von Software, Fehlerbehebung sowie Optimierung für Performance und Sicherheit
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem CTO und weiteren Stakeholdern aus dem Team zur Planung neuer Funktionen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Architektur hin zur tech-enabled student financing platform
• Erstellung technischer Dokumentation und Einbringung von Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung des Tech Stacks auf dem Weg der Digitalisierung von Brain Capital

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder verwandtem Bereich (Bachelor/Master).
• 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Full Stack Developer, davon idealerweise 3 Jahre fundierte Expertise in Ruby on Rails.
• Starke Fähigkeiten in eigenverantwortlicher Projektumsetzung, inklusive Agile-Methoden und Best Practices
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Frontend- und Backend-Technologien
• Erfahrung mit APIs, Deployment-Tools und Cloud-Services
• sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Hohe Eigeninitiative, analytisches Denken, Teamfähigkeit und Begeisterung für neue Technologien.
