Full Stack Developer (m/w/d)

Buying a property in Germany is unnecessarily complicated: Intransparent processes, rising interest rates, and fragmented communication between buyers, real estate agents, financial advisors, and banks make it difficult to find one's dream home.

Justhome develops an intelligent platform that addresses this issue: We redesign the interface between all parties involved in building financing – with data-driven decision support, intelligent automation, and a digital user experience that sets new standards.

Our solution is already live: Over 150 real estate agencies and thousands of interested buyers use our platform actively to find the best financing option, accelerate processes, and simplify complex decisions.

To further develop our AI initiatives and scale up our platform, we are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer who will strengthen our existing engineering team.

Tasks

• You develop our platform across the entire stack – from our customer frontend to our ML-supported scoring to AI-powered document management
• You work closely with Product, Design, and Sales to improve the experience for real estate agents, customers, and financial advisors – and bring in your own ideas actively
• You design our technical architecture with scalability, robustness, and future security

Qualification

• 3-5 years of experience in professional software development (ideally already Full-Stack)
• Fundamental knowledge of React (Frontend), Go (Backend) and MongoDB (Database)
• Experience with microservice architectures and modern cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• A strong interest – or first-hand experience – in AI tools, LLMs, or machine learning APIs
• You enjoy developing scalable solutions in-depth, but are also excited about fast iteration and MVPs using low-code tools
• Fluent German skills, very good English skills
