Full Stack Developer (m/w/d)

Buying real estate in Germany is unnecessarily complicated: Intransparent processes, rising interest rates, and fragmented communication between buyers, brokers, financiers, and banks make it difficult to find a home.

Justhome develops an intelligent platform that sets out exactly here: We redesign the interface between all parties involved in building financing – with data-driven decision support, intelligent automation, and a digital user experience that sets standards.

Our solution is already live: Over 150 brokerages and thousands of interested buyers use our platform actively to find the best financing option, speed up processes, and make complex decisions easier.

To further develop our AI initiatives and scale our platform, we are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer who will strengthen our existing engineering team.

Tasks

• You develop our platform across the entire stack – from our customer frontend to our ML-supported scoring to AI-powered document management
• You work closely with Product, Design, and Sales to improve the experience for brokers, customers, and financiers – and bring in your own ideas actively
• You design our technical architecture with – scalable, robust, and future-proof

Qualification

• 3-5 years of experience in professional software development (ideally already Full-Stack)
• Fundamental knowledge of React (Frontend), Go (Backend), and MongoDB (Database)
• Experience with microservice architectures and modern cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• A strong interest – or first-hand experience – in AI tools, LLMs, or machine learning APIs
• You enjoy developing scalable solutions in depth, but are also enthusiastic about rapid iteration and MVPs with low-code tools
• Fluent German skills, very good English skills
