Full-Stack Developer in the Sales Process Product Team – Java, Spring, React (m/f/d)

We develop software that makes sales smarter. For this, we need developers who want to build great products. Our solutions are technically closely intertwined with the customer systems and provide clever interfaces to them – such as for MS Dynamics 365.

Your tasks with us:

• Full-stack development from A to Z: You develop in our product team with Java, Spring and React. You design new product features and ensure that existing components become even better.

• Agile product development: In our agile team, we work according to the Product Operation Model (POM). You contribute your own ideas and actively shape our development process.

• Exciting integrations: You work on interfaces and services that reliably connect our applications with external systems.

• Teamwork: We work closely together, support each other and celebrate successes together as a team.

   

• You have at least two years of professional development experience and are familiar with our tech stack (Java, Spring, React).

• You have already gained experience in larger software projects – ideally in an agile environment or in a POM environment.

• You enjoy working in a team, sharing your knowledge and also enjoy getting feedback.

• You see AI as support, not competition, and, in the best case, can already draw on your own initial development experiences with AI.

• We use the informal 'you' in everyday life and speak German. Ideally, however, you are not afraid to speak and write in English as well.
