Full Stack Developer

The Challenge

Our sister company SphereIT builds modern web applications and platforms that need to be smart, scalable, and reliable. As a Full Stack Developer, you will work on both backend logic and frontend experience, from architecture to implementation.

What will you do?

At SphereIT, you will strengthen a development team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining various applications. You will seamlessly switch between frontend and backend, critically assess code quality, and contribute to establishing modern software architecture. You will be involved in every phase: from requirements and technical design to delivery and aftercare.

How you make an impact

You will develop scalable applications, both on the front-end and back-end, and work on architecture, technical designs, and integrations between different modules. You will write understandable, efficient, and maintainable code, test and review software, and optimize it for both performance and security. Additionally, you will ensure clear documentation so that other developers can collaborate effectively. You will oversee the go-live process, contribute to stability and aftercare, and actively think about new ideas, improvements, and smart solutions.

Hard skills

• Completed HBO/WO education in Business Administration and Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Full Stack Developer

• Experience with one or more of these backend stacks: .NET, C#, Java

• Experience with development tooling such as: Visual Studio, Visual Studio Team Services, Git repositories

• Experience with frontend frameworks & tools: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, React, jQuery

• Knowledge of modern architectures and concepts: NoSQL, microservices, Continuous Delivery, TDD, BDD

• Proficiency in both Dutch and English

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Git

• Familiar with Agile/Scrum, DevOps, or Kanban

• Knowledge of OO design, UML, or architectural patterns
