We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with frontend focus who shapes the user experience on our platform. You combine artistic finesse with technical expertise - for intuitive surfaces that really resonate with users in the public sector.

Tasks

• Development of responsive and barrier-free UIs with modern frameworks (React) and improvement of UX
• Bonding to the backend and co-responsibility for the full-stack architecture
• Development and maintenance of components
• Ensuring testing and quality assurance
• Focus on performance, usability, and barrier-free access

Qualification

• Fundamental experience in frontend development (TypeScript, React.js, Tailwind CSS, Vite) and with design systems and component-based architecture,
• You feel comfortable handling Git, Storybook & Co.,
• You have knowledge of tests and quality assurance,
• You bring very good German skills, as they are required due to our target group and stakeholders,
• You think in terms of 'with' rather than 'against',
• You have a desire to drive a digital product with social relevance forward,
• You do not belittle administrations, but understand them as a key for change,
• You are curious, structured, and open - for new perspectives, learning experiences, personal development, and feedback.
