Job description
A full-stack developer is responsible for developing and maintaining the front-end and back-end components of a web application.Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Building and integrating APIs for data transfer between the front-end and back-end
- Developing and maintaining the back-end systems using server-side languages such as Ruby, Python, or PHP
- Creating and managing databases, ensuring efficient and reliable data storage and retrieval
- Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders to define, design, and ship new features
- Debugging and fixing software issues as needed
- Keeping up to date with new technologies and industry developments
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with server-side languages and frameworks such as Ruby on Rails, Django, or Laravel
- Knowledge of database systems and management (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Good understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
