Your Role

Black Net is our internal digital platform—the operational backbone that keeps our company running as we grow. Everything happens here: from time tracking and absence management to project reimbursements, procurement processes, and much more. Black Net is not a side project. It's the platform through which our employees get things done every day. And even better: it's a greenfield. The architectural decisions are modern, the code is clean, and the platform is evolving in new directions quarter by quarter.

As we rapidly move towards our first production in our FabONE, the demands on our internal tools are also growing rapidly. That's why we're looking for you as a Full Stack Developer with a genuine passion for AI.

In this role, you won't just develop new features. You will actively shape how we use AI-powered software development as a team. You will set up tools like Claude Code and comparable AI Coding Assistants, integrate them into our workflows, and help your colleagues get the most out of them. So you'll be part builder, part enabler—and right in the middle of us forging new paths in software development together.

Your Tasks

• From idea to implementation: You will conceptualize and develop full-stack features for our internal network Black Net using Angular, Node.js, and MongoDB.

• You will drive the topic of AI within the team, set up and subsequently manage tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor (or comparable solutions).

• Together with our Product Owner, you will translate requirements and user stories into working software.

• Whether ERP integrations, procurement processes, or entirely new application areas—you will participate in architectural decisions as Black Net expands its functionality.

• You will integrate AI coding agents and automated processes where they make our development faster, better, or simpler.

• You will participate in code reviews, keeping an eye on quality, maintenance, and scalability.

• In teamwork, you will continuously develop existing best practices and team agreements.

• Whenever possible, you will share your knowledge in learning sessions so that all team members can benefit from the possibilities of modern AI coding tools.

What You Bring Along

Must have:

• At least 3 years of practical experience in full-stack web development.

• Very good knowledge of TypeScript and experience with a modern frontend framework. Our stack is Angular—if you have experience with React or Vue instead, that's just as valuable.

• Backend know-how with Node.js and experience in designing REST APIs.

• Practical experience with NoSQL or relational databases (we work with MongoDB).

• Active use of at least one AI coding assistant like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codeium (or something comparable). Not just theoretical—but really in daily use.

• You find it easy to explain AI tools and development concepts understandably and to pass them on to colleagues with different technical backgrounds.

• Hands-on: You enjoy getting involved and feel comfortable in a small team without a large support structure. You are ready to drive things forward yourself and define new paths in teamwork.

• Very good English skills (at least B2)

Nice to have:

• Working in B2B environments, developing enterprise applications or internal tools, or integrating ERP or HR systems (e.g., SAP, Personio, or Workday)

• Experience with LLM APIs (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI), prompt engineering, AI frameworks, or developing and managing background processes

• Know-how regarding Docker containerization and CI/CD pipelines, e.g., GitHub Actions
