Full Stack Developer AI-Driven Product Development

We are not looking for someone to close tickets. We are looking for a developer to develop an existing product, a legislative platform used daily by tens of thousands of specialists from over 200 cities, and take it to the next level.

The stake of the role: you use AI to deliver faster and to make the product better. This means two distinct things:

1. AI in the product = you integrate AI APIs (LLMs, semantic search, legislative text processing) as functionalities for users. A legislative corpus developed over 33 years is an ideal ground for this. 2. AI in the development process = you work natively with AI development tools and use them to deliver in days what takes others weeks, without compromising quality.
Who we are looking for
- React, Next, and Node.js skills solid enough to deliver features completely independently; this is not a training role; - Python for AI integrations; - Experience with AI APIs: you have not just consumed them, but built something with them; - You already use AI in your daily work and can concretely show how it has changed your workflow; - Solid SQL (we use PostgreSQL on large volumes of data); - Product judgment: you understand why you are building, not just what.

What you will do
- Take ownership of the development of new functionalities: from specification to production, with real autonomy; - Deliver end-to-end features in Next.js and Node.js, independently, without constant supervision; - Design and build AI integrations in Python (LLM APIs, processing pipelines);
