Ideal Candidate
✓ Profound knowledge and demonstrated experience in programming languages Java and Python.
✓ Wide experience working with modern backend and frontend frameworks, including Spring, Hibernate, Django, Flask, React, and Vue.
✓ Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, and good practices for running and scaling applications in cloud environments.
✓ Knowledge of software development using Test Driven Development or Behavior-Driven Development
✓ Good capacity to understand business needs and translate them into software scenarios.
✓ Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to guide and inspire teams.
✓ Ability to manage diverse project requirements and priorities, mentoring team members simultaneously.
✓ Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies for software development.
Job Description
The role involves developing innovative backend and frontend solutions, implementing and managing microservices architectures and cloud-native solutions, using Docker and Kubernetes for optimizing integration and continuous delivery processes.
EXPERIENCE
✓ Developing complex software solutions using backend technologies like Java or Python and specific framework languages such as Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Django, Flask, etc.
✓ Creating and optimizing user interfaces using React or Vue, ensuring responsive design and ease of use
✓ Designing and implementing service-oriented architectures (SOA) and developing microservices-based software applications with a focus on cloud-ready apps.
✓ Using Docker and Kubernetes for developing, testing, and implementing software solutions.
✓ Leading code reviews, maintaining high-quality standards, and adopting best practices in development.
✓ Providing constructive feedback and mentoring to less experienced team members, continuous skill development of these individuals.
✓ Organizing and leading technical training sessions, workshops, and brainstorming meetings to stimulate innovation and technical excellence within the team.
