We are looking for an experienced developer who can deliver end-to-end feature development (frontend + backend), with attention to UI quality and robust API's. Critical Requirements
- 3–5 years relevant experience in web development (full stack or frontend strongly + backend solid).
- Practical experience with TypeScript and the ecosystem of React / Next.js.
- Capacity to build rapid, consistent, and easily maintainable UIs.
- Good understanding of REST API development.
- Experience with authentication and authorization (JWT/OAuth), roles, and permissions (RBAC).
- Solid foundation in clean code, debugging, and performance (practical notions).
- Experience working with code review, testing, and collaboration within a team.
- Better communication and autonomy: you know how to unlock tasks, negotiate scope, and deliver incremental.
- Experience with multi-tenant architectures (tenant isolation, RBAC, billing, feature flags etc.).
- Experience with NestJS or FastAPI.
- Experience with PostgreSQL (modeling, migrations, optimizations) at an advanced level.
- Python + OR-Tools / optimization / scheduling / constraint solving.
- Experience with microservices, event-driven, queues, cache.
- Responsible use of AI tools for accelerating development (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor) for refactor, test generation, documentation, and solution exploration.

Description of the job You will work on a multi-tenant application, in a context where both speed of implementation and UI quality and a solid backend with robust APIs matter. The role is on-site in Cluj-Napoca, with focus on end-to-end delivery and close collaboration within the team. Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver feature development (UI + API + integration).
- Build performant interfaces in Next.js + TypeScript, with attention to consistency and UX.
- Maintain and evolve a UI kit / design system pragmatic, based on shadcn/ui + Tailwind CSS.
- Design and implement APIs (e.g. NestJS or FastAPI)
- Collaborate on data modeling in PostgreSQL and migrations / performance improvements.
- Write tests, actively participate in code review, and improve DX (developer experience).
- Contribute to technical documentation, coding standards, and realistic estimates.
