On behalf of one of our client companies, an IT consulting firm specializing in support for technological projects and the resale of software solutions, we are looking for a:

FULL STACK DEVELOPER

The resource will have the following responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Full Stack web applications;
• Develop new functionalities using Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Node.js, etc.;
• Collaborate with the team in the design and evolution of software solutions;
• Participate in technical analysis and the definition of the best application architectures;
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and propose effective solutions;
• Collaborate with international vendors and partners, participating in discussions and training sessions in English;
• Contribute to the integration of cloud solutions on AWS and Artificial Intelligence-based technologies;
• Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and code review activities;
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, contributing to the achievement of project objectives.

Requirements

• Approximately 3-4 years of experience in Full Stack development;
• Excellent knowledge of Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Node.js;
• Good knowledge of AWS services;
• Experience in developing APIs and modern web applications;
• Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, to interface with clients and international vendors;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Attitude for teamwork and client interaction;
• Interest in new technologies and Artificial Intelligence;
• Experience in software companies, SaaS, CRM, Customer Care, or innovative startups will be considered a plus.

• Working hours: Full time 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (one-hour lunch break), with early departure at 4:00 PM on Fridays.
• CCNL: Commerce indefinite contract (2nd/3rd level)
• Location: Rome (RM)

Remuneration

• Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €35,000 – €37,000 gross per year
• Benefits: smart working 2/3 days a week;
• Training bonus of approximately €500;
• Meal vouchers of €105 per month;

Remuneration is determined based on objective criteria: experience, skills, and role responsibilities.
