• Define the product vision and align with the company's strategic objectives.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on value to the business.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure continuous delivery of value.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to iterate and improve the product continuously.
• Write detailed user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies, such as planning, grooming, standups, and retrospectives.
• Define and track success metrics for the product.
• Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure the product meets legal and compliance requirements.

Desejável:

• Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO, etc.).
• Experience in the insurance, fintech, or related markets.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design and software development.
