Full Product Owner - Affirmative for People with Disabilities
Job description
- Define the product vision and align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on value to the business.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure continuous delivery of value.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to iterate and improve the product continuously.
- Write detailed user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies, such as planning, grooming, standups, and retrospectives.
- Define and track success metrics for the product.
- Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the product meets legal and compliance requirements.
Desejável:
- Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO, etc.).
- Experience in the insurance, fintech, or related markets.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design and software development.
