Full Engineer - Energy & Natural Resources, São Paulo

Responsable for identifying, following and coordinating interfaces between corporate areas of the client and projects in the portfolio, ensuring alignment between involved fronts and compliance with established deadlines and goals.

Activities and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interfaces between projects and corporate areas of the client, such as environmental (licensing), institutional (relations with municipalities and public agencies), supplies (MAS tracking), engineering (project emission and review), legal, social communication, and network registration.
• Implement and execute routines for monitoring interfaces, consolidating weekly progress information, evaluating trends and deviations.
• Support planners and portfolio management with updated information for physical-financial replanning and alignment with involved areas.
• Prepare managerial reports and progress reports.
• Participate in follow-up meetings and consolidate information from different sources.
• Support planning of new projects and development of reference plans.
• Interlocution with corporate areas and coordination of interfaces.
• Consolidation of information for updating schedules and controls.
• Prepare progress reports and monitoring reports.
• Support planning and control of project portfolio.
• Monitor new projects and their interfaces.
• Develop reference plans for new projects.
