As a Full CRM Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of CRM campaigns with a focus on prospecting, acting in the creation of segmentations, configuring relationship rules and email and WhatsApp discharges for leads from XP Education. This function is crucial to ensure that the right messages reach the right people at the right time, with clarity, coherence, and focus on conversion. We are looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, good communicator, and analytical capacity to measure and optimize the results of actions.
