The company is actively scaling its operations by strengthening internal systems, expanding administrative support, and hiring experienced professionals who can support continued growth. With a focus on professionalism, patient satisfaction, and operational excellence, the company seeks a highly skilled Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join their team. As a key member of the accounting department, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include: • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger • Processing payroll and benefits administration • Managing cash flow and forecasting future financial needs • Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies • Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting • Providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners • Staying current with changes in accounting regulations, laws, and industry best practices • Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance processes and procedures • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion • Working effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, management, and external partners • Performing other duties as assigned by management The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field • 3+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in a healthcare setting • Proficiency in accounting software and systems, including QuickBooks and Excel • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures • Certification in accounting or bookkeeping (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus but not required. The company offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
