Fulfilment Manager

Job Description What you’ll be doing Overseeing end-to-end fulfilment operations, ensuring every order meets our SLA and DIFOT targets. Working closely with Shift Managers to lead the day-to-day running of the online fulfilment area — from resource planning to performance delivery. Partnering across the business with Transport, Customer Care, IT, and our Fulfilment team at SSO to deliver a seamless customer experience. Taking a network-wide view of fulfilment volumes to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements that drive business outcomes. Developing and maintaining relationships with key partners across the business to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Providing coaching and guidance to team members to support their development and growth. Identifying and mitigating risks associated with changes in demand, supply chain disruptions, or other external factors that may impact our ability to meet customer expectations. Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve processes and drive business results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working in a similar role or industry, with a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges involved.
