Fulfilment Agent

Fulfilment Agent Job Purpose: The Fulfilment Agent is responsible for ensuring the complete and timely processing of fibre internet orders from the point of sale to successful installation and activation. This role requires daily interaction with clients via WhatsApp, coordination with internal teams and installers, and proactive management of support tickets to ensure a seamless service experience. The Fulfilment Agent plays a key role in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure timely processing of fibre internet orders from point of sale to successful installation and activation. • Coordinate with internal teams and installers to resolve any issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process. • Manage support tickets proactively to ensure a seamless service experience for customers. • Provide excellent customer service through daily interaction with clients via WhatsApp. • Identify and escalate any potential issues or concerns to relevant stakeholders. • Maintain accurate records of all orders, installations, and activations. • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues that may impact the order fulfillment process. Key Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or related field preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Proficiency in using technology, including WhatsApp, to communicate with clients. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
