Leadership Talent (m/w/d)

As a store manager, you will independently lead the sales and workshop teams in your store. You will ensure the implementation of Little John Bikes standards and be responsible for all employees and achieving economic goals. You master strong customer service, inventory management, and cash handling.

Your Profile:

• You have experience as a leadership figure - preferably from behind the scenes (for example, as an assistant).
• You possess organizational talent and have experiences in retail, preferably in the areas of bicycles, cars, furniture, fashion & shoes.
• You enjoy dealing with customers and have high closing rates. You are also flexible for seasonal tasks.
• You act goal-oriented, think entrepreneurially, and it's easy to inspire others.
• You are empathetic and convince through your winning approach and a healthy dose of humor.
