Leadership Talent (m/w/d)

We are looking for leadership figures who take responsibility and have a talent for developing and motivating employees. With your sympathetic but binding approach, you can get the best out of your team as captain.

As deputy store manager, you will independently lead the sales and workshop team in your store. You ensure the implementation of Little John Bikes standards and are responsible for all employees and achieving economic goals. You master strong customer service just as well as inventory management and cash handling.

Good performances are rewarded. If you rock with your team, not only do the wheels roll, but also the profits!

Your Profile:

• You have experience as a leadership figure - preferably from behind the scenes (for example, as deputy).
• You possess organizational talent and have experiences in retail, preferably in the areas of bicycles, cars, furniture, fashion & shoes.
• You enjoy dealing with customers and have high closing rates. You are also flexible for seasonal tasks.
• You act goal-oriented, think entrepreneurially, and it's easy to inspire others.
• You are empathetic and convince through your winning approach and a healthy dose of humor.
