Team Leader - Focus on Building Cleaning (m/w/d)

We are looking for a responsible team leader who can steer operational processes, lead teams safely and act as a reliable point of contact for customers.

In this role, you will report directly to the regional leadership and take over personnel responsibility for site leaders and the operational staff deployed on-site.

Tasks

• Steering and supervision of a defined customer portfolio in the area of maintenance and building cleaning
• Main point of contact for customers regarding operational, quality, and organizational issues
• Leadership, coordination, and development of site leaders and cleaning teams
• Ensuring uniform quality standards through clear structures, regular coordination, and presence on-site
• Planning and control of performance delivery taking into account economy, personnel deployment, technology, and contractual requirements
• Organizing efficient deployment plans and solution-oriented intervention in case of deviations or special situations
• Active participation in the development of internal processes and sustainable expansion of customer relationships

Qualification

• Completed training in building cleaning or equivalent qualification in a service-related environment
• Multiple years of work experience in building cleaning or infrastructure facility management
• Experience in a coordinating or leading function, e.g., as site leader or deputy team leader
• Structured, prioritized working style and organizational strength
• Routine handling of common office programs for planning, documentation, and communication
• Outstanding customer- and service-orientedness, reliability, and pleasure in working with different target groups
• Driver's license class B and willingness to regularly care for the sites on-site
• Desirable: Experience in the area of cleanroom cleaning
