Manager/Department Head (with responsibility for property management) (m/f/d)

For a stable and steadily growing group of companies in infrastructural facility management, we are looking for a responsible leader (team leader) who controls operational processes, safely leads teams and acts as a reliable contact person for customers.

In this function, you report directly to the regional management and assume personnel responsibility for property management as well as the operationally deployed employees.

Tasks

• Management and support of a defined customer portfolio in the area of maintenance and building cleaning
• Central interface for clients in operational, qualitative and organizational issues
• Management, coordination and further development of property management and cleaning teams
• Ensuring uniform quality standards through clear structures, regular coordination and presence in the properties
• Planning and controlling the provision of services, taking into account economic efficiency, personnel deployment, technology and contractual requirements
• Organization of efficient deployment plans as well as solution-oriented intervention in the event of deviations or special situations
• Active participation in the further development of internal processes and the sustainable expansion of customer relationships

Qualification

• Completed training in building cleaning or a comparable qualification in a service-oriented environment
• Several years of professional experience in building cleaning or in infrastructural facility management
• Experience in a coordinating or leading function, e.g. as property management or deputy manager
• Structured, priority-oriented way of working and organizational skills
• Routine in dealing with common office programs for planning, documentation and communication
• Strong customer and service orientation, reliability and enjoyment of working with different stakeholder groups
• Driving license class B and willingness to regularly supervise the properties on site
• Desirable: Experience in cleanroom cleaning
