Enzinger has been a family-owned business for over 100 years. In our state-of-the-art specialist store, covering 2500 square meters of retail space, we do our best to showcase the latest and most innovative tech highlights and to inspire our customers! For our Consumer Electronics department, we are looking for a dedicated leadership personality who will inspire our customers together with their team and successfully further develop the area.

Responsibilities

• Leadership, motivation, and development of our sales teams
• Organization of daily sales processes and personnel deployment
• Planning and implementation of sales promotions and marketing activities
• Active presence in the sales area and competent customer consultation
• Operational management and area responsibility
• Responsibility for sales steering, space management, and product presentation
• Support in qualifying and onboarding new colleagues
• Responsibility for achieving and further developing sales targets
• Commercial management and assortment responsibility

• Experience and in-depth product knowledge in the field of consumer electronics, as well as a passion for modern technology – also suitable for career changers with the willingness to familiarize themselves with new products and topics
