Leadership Position (m/w/d) as Head of Corporate Controlling

We are commissioned by our client to find a committed Leadership Position (m/w/d) as Head of Corporate Controlling in the Stuttgart area at the earliest possible time.

Our client is a young, dynamic community-based company with currently 25 institutes. With speed, dynamics and flexibility, the company positions itself as one of the leading specialized service providers in foreign trade and currency management. The successful growth course shall be continued.

Tasks

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams Unternehmenscontrolling (Buchhaltung, Internes Kontrollwesen, Handelsabwicklung)
• Strategische Koordination und Weiterentwicklung zentraler Stabsaufgaben
• Gesamtverantwortung für regulatorische Themen eines Wertpapierinstituts (MaRisk, Risikomanagement, Internes Kontrollsystem, Jahresabschluss)
• Leitung des Risikocontrollings und -managements

Qualification

• Completed Master's degree (Economics, Business Administration or comparable)
• Multiple years of professional experience in staff functions and projects at financial institutions or credit institutions
• Very good knowledge of relevant supervisory regulations and laws (especially MaRisk)
• Excellent analytical thinking, pronounced team orientation and high communication strength
