Enzinger has been a family-run, owner-managed business for over 100 years. In our top-modernly designed specialist store with a sales area of 2500 sqm, we do our best to showcase the latest and innovative tech highlights and to inspire our customers! To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a dedicated manager (m/f/d) for various departments of our company.

Responsibilities

• Leadership, motivation, and further development of sales employees
• Responsibility for the successful management of a sales department
• Monitoring and analysis of sales figures and derivation of suitable measures
• Management of revenue, profit, and other relevant key figures
• Ensuring optimal product presentation and store layout
• Guaranteeing competent, customer-oriented, and service-oriented advice
• Support and further development of the team in daily business
• Planning and organization of staff deployment
• Implementation of sales promotions and company guidelines
• Monitoring of market and industry trends as well as development of new sales impulses
• Close cooperation with other departments and management

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and ideally initial leadership experience
• Enjoyment of sales and working with people
• Confident and self-assured demeanor
• Strong communication and assertiveness skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in sales figures
• Organizational talent and a structured approach to work
• Sense of responsibility, initiative, and decisiveness
• Team spirit and the ability to motivate and inspire employees
