Your Responsibilities

As a Fleet Manager, you will take responsibility for our fleet of vehicles and ensure that our vehicles are reliable, safe, and ready for use at all times. You will coordinate the most important processes related to our vehicles and be the central point of contact for our drivers.

• Responsibility for the availability, operational planning, and condition of our vehicle fleet

• Organization and follow-up of maintenance, repairs, and technical inspections such as TÜV (German technical inspection association)

• Administration and updating of all important vehicle documents such as registrations, insurance, and inspection reports

• Organization of the key and tracking system as well as ensuring a smooth process

• Support for our drivers with vehicle assignments, problems, and questions as well as conveying relevant safety and operational guidelines

• Further development and optimization of existing fleet processes as well as independent handling of tasks

Your Profile

• Residency in Berlin and a Class B driver's license

• Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken

• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working

• Strong team spirit, self-confidence, and resilience to stress

• Initiative and the ability to question existing processes and optimize them sustainably

• Experience in fleet management is an advantage – career changers are welcome
