Fuel Station Site Supervisor

Job Purpose We are seeking a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor capable of managing the daily operations of a fuel filling station independently. The successful candidate will take responsibility for site operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, compliance, staff supervision, stock control, and high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee daily site operations across the forecourt, convenience store, and food service areas Ensure effective communication with team members, customers, and other stakeholders Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations Monitor and report on site performance, identifying opportunities for improvement Implement process improvements and best practices to increase efficiency and productivity Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels and sales Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
