We are actively looking for a Registered Nurse for the Scrub Scout Perioperative Unit. Suitable applicants with the right clinical background are encouraged to apply. Key responsibilities: Commitment to deliver outstanding patient care at all times. Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care. Assist surgeons during surgical procedures, anticipating needs and providing necessary instruments and supplies. Maintain and adhere to sterile field protocols. Ensure accurate documentation of all nursing activities. Actively participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Proven experience in a perioperative setting is highly preferred. Ability to scrub and scout in various surgical specialties. Strong understanding of surgical instrumentation and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. BLS certification required.
