FT Registered Nurse -Scrub Scout - Cardiothoracic

With a dynamic and supportive unit manager, we are seeking dynamic and clinically experienced Scrub Scout nurses who are passionate about patient care to join and support the Cardiothoracic team on a full-time basis. To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced scrub/scout nurse with previous experience across all areas of Cardiothoracic. You will bring a strong clinical skill set and have an interest in mentoring staff. As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include: * Delivering high-quality patient care within the scope of practice. * Maintaining accurate patient records. * Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team. * Providing patient and family education. * Assisting with surgical procedures as a scrub/scout nurse. * Adhering to all hospital policies and procedures. * Mentoring and supporting junior staff. Requirements: * Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cardiothoracic setting. * Scrub/Scout experience is essential. * Strong clinical skills and knowledge of Cardiothoracic procedures. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work as part of a team. * Commitment to providing patient-centered care.
