Build bridges between Finance Operations and Regional Leadership! Take ownership of service delivery for our UK, Spain and CH markets.

Business Partnership & Communication

  • Act as a Trusted Advisor and primary FSSC partner for Country/Regional Finance Directors, representing service operations in strategic business reviews.
  • Manage expectations and bridge the gap between regional strategy and operational constraints using business-relevant language.

Metrics Ownership & Performance Management

  • Drive Service Excellence by continuously reviewing, adjusting, and presenting FSSC metrics (KPIs/SLAs) to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify root causes of performance gaps and support teams in defining and implementing improvement actions.
  • Ensure transparency through data-driven insights, ensuring that performance management is aligned with regional business priorities.

Scope & Service Understanding

  • Ensure deep understanding of the FSSC service scope and align it with evolving client expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for service optimization and support the evolution of the FSSC service model.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with other local and global supporting functions to ensure cohesive service delivery.
  • Participate in global initiatives aimed at increasing overall organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Process Optimization & Value Creation

  • Facilitate workshops and drive Continuous Improvement projects that enhance both customer experience and operational scalability.
  • Use a data-driven approach to measure and report the financial and operational impact of implemented changes.

Compliance, Risk & Control

  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and compliance risks; report breaches and manage incident logs.
