Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description Join Us as a Clinical Research Associate I - Make an Impact at the Forefront of Innovation We have successfully supported the top 50 pharmaceutical companies and more than 750 biotechs, spanning 2,700 clinical trials across 100 countries in the last 5 years. As part of our global team, you'll have the opportunity to perform and coordinate different aspects of the clinical monitoring and site management process. As part of this role, you will be responsible for: • Conducting site initiation visits to ensure that sites are properly prepared for the study. • Coordinating and conducting routine site visits to monitor the progress of the study and identify any issues or concerns. • Maintaining accurate records of all site visits, including visit reports, photographs, and other relevant documentation. • Collaborating with the CRA team to ensure that all sites are properly monitored and managed throughout the duration of the study. • Providing support to the study team as needed, including providing updates on site status and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field (e.g., biology, chemistry, pharmacology). • 1-2 years of experience in clinical research, preferably in a CRA role. • Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
