The hotel's team is looking for a Breakfast Leadership to lead our breakfast team. As a member of the hotel's management team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing breakfast events, ensuring that all guests are satisfied with their culinary experience. Your tasks will include: - Planning and organizing breakfast events in collaboration with the hotel's event team; - Ensuring that all guests receive a warm welcome and a high-quality breakfast service; - Maintaining a clean and well-organized breakfast area; - Coordinating with the kitchen staff to ensure that breakfast is served efficiently and effectively; - Monitoring and controlling the breakfast budget; - Developing and implementing new ideas for breakfast events and promotions. The ideal candidate should have: - A degree in hospitality management or a related field; - At least 2 years of experience in a similar role; - Excellent communication and organizational skills; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team; - Flexibility and adaptability; - Knowledge of the hotel industry and its trends.
