We are looking for someone immediately: Breakfast Cook/Cook · Operational responsibility for our open breakfast and lunch kitchen · Ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation · Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen · Assisting with menu planning and development, as well as ordering and inventory management · Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication · Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on culinary trends and techniques · Supporting the restaurant's overall goals and objectives through proactive and flexible work approach. Unsere idealen Kandidaten sind: · Erfahrene/n Koch/köchin mit einer Ausbildung in der Gastronomie oder einem ähnlichen Bereich · Gute Kenntnisse in der Küchentechnik und -hygiene · Fähigkeit, sich flexibel an die Bedürfnisse des Restaurants anzupassen · Teamplayer mit einer positiven Einstellung und einer ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
