Breakfast Cook (m/f/d)

• Support in the preparation and cooking of the breakfast offer
• Participation in arranging and serving the dishes
• Preparation of fresh egg dishes
• Preparation and control of the daily mise en place
• Ensuring cleanliness and order in the kitchen and buffet area
• Support of the station chefs in daily business
• Support in goods receipt, control, and professional storage
• Perform all work processes professionally and ensure a smooth daily routine
• Proper handling of the food, equipment, and machines provided
• Adherence to internal quality standards, hygiene regulations according to HACCP, Food Law and Food Ordinance, as well as safety regulations

• Professional experience in a similar role
• Completed vocational training as a cook EFZ (m/f/d)) an advantage
  
• Open to new things and creativity, as well as a passion for the kitchen
