The salary range lies between 75,000 € and 85,000 € gross annually.

Work model: Full-time, Hybrid – Expected: Presence on-site for 4 days a week; up to 1 day of home office possible.

Muxon is a small, globally active personnel agency and is conducting this search on behalf of our partner, a venture-financed KI startup in the PropTech sector with headquarters in Munich. The company develops intelligent software solutions for automating and optimizing workflows in property management, with the goal of reducing operational effort and establishing itself as a central, KI-supported platform for the industry. As one of the first team members, this role offers the opportunity to shape product, user experience, and technical orientation in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.

Tasks

• Development of customer-centered product features End-to-End with a strong focus on frontend (React)
• Translation of real user problems into intuitive UI/UX and seamless user flows
• Full responsibility for features – from concept and design to implementation and publication
• Close collaboration with founders and customers to collect requirements and work iteratively
• Participation in decisions on the product roadmap and continuous improvement of the design system
• Ensuring high code quality through modern development practices (Git, code reviews, CI/CD)

Qualification

• 3+ years of experience in frontend or product engineering roles, with solid React expertise
• Notable experience in UI/UX or product design and the ability to think from the user's perspective
• Solid understanding of modern web development workflows (Git, ticketing systems, CI/CD)
• Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1)
• Outstanding ownership mentality, adaptability, and motivation for working in a startup environment
• Desirable: Experience with Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL/Supabase, or cloud platforms
