Salary Transparency

This position is aimed at candidates with at least 2 years of professional experience.

The salary range is between €48,000 and €55,000 gross per year, depending on experience.

Work Model: Full-time, hybrid with 2-3 days of mobile working per week.

Location: Rednitzhembach, Germany.

Muxon is a small, globally active personnel consultancy and is conducting this search on behalf of our partner, an established company in the Healthcare IT sector that has been developing software for hospitals and care facilities for over 30 years. The solutions support thousands of users daily in the areas of patient services, care, kitchen operations, and hospital logistics.

As a Frontend Developer, you will contribute to the further development of several Angular applications and have a real say in frontend architecture, technology decisions, and modern AI-supported development practices.

Tasks

• Development and maintenance of Angular applications used by patients, medical and nursing staff, as well as kitchen and logistics teams.
• Design of intuitive, device-independent user interfaces for users with different technical backgrounds and working conditions.
• Application of Spec-Driven Development and use of AI tools as part of the development workflow.
• Ensuring a clean frontend architecture with clearly structured, reusable components.
• Co-shaping architecture, technology, and best practice decisions in the frontend.

Qualification

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the frontend area, preferably with Angular and TypeScript.
• Sound knowledge of reactive programming with RxJS.
• High standards for clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Interest in AI-supported software development; experience with coding agents is a plus.
• User-centric mindset and an understanding of practical usability.
• Completed IT degree, IT vocational training, or comparable practical experience.
• German language skills at C1 level.
• Ideally residing within commuting distance of Rednitzhembach, Schwabach, Roth, or Nuremberg.
