Frontend Developer (m/w/d)

parq parking develops intelligent, camera-based parking and traffic management systems for cities, companies, and public institutions. Our platform processes real-time data from edge devices, analyzes occupancy states and parking processes, and provides scalable web applications for operators, municipalities, and customers.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a frontend developer (m/w/d) who develops modern, performant, and user-friendly web interfaces for our smart-parking platform.

Tasks

You develop and maintain modern web frontends for our management and analysis platform.

You create interactive dashboards to visualize live occupancy data, camera information, process violations, payment status, and system states.

You implement performant and scalable user interfaces with a current framework (e.g. React, Vue, or Angular) and bind REST APIs and real-time interfaces (WebSockets) to our backend services.

The implementation of UI/UX concepts in close coordination with product management and backend development is part of your task area, as well as optimization regarding performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.

You will also contribute to the further development of our frontend architecture, state management, testing, and deployment, and create technical documentation.

Qualification

You hold a completed education in the field of applied computer science, media informatics, or a comparable technical qualification.

You have practical experience in developing modern web applications with frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.

You are familiar with the safe handling of TypeScript or JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

You possess experience with component-based architectures and state management solutions.

You are experienced in binding REST APIs and processing real-time data via WebSockets.

You value performant, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces and have a good understanding of UI/UX principles.

Experience with data visualization, map views, or large table structures is advantageous, preferably when working with live or sensor data.

You are confident in your handling of Git, common build tools, and testing frameworks.

A structured, self-responsible, and team-oriented work style, as well as good German and basic English skills, complete your profile.
