Frontend Developer (m/w/d) with Passion for Modern Web Technologies

You don't just want to write code, but shape digital products?

We are dxm, digital experts and makers, a Digital Agency in the heart of Düsseldorf with 12 Experts. For over 17 years, we have been building digital solutions for medium-sized B2B companies that really work. From high-performance web interfaces to complex e-commerce systems with ERP integration.

You are not just a code converter who works on tickets. You are part of a team that makes decisions together, designs architectures, and always seeks the best solution. And you work with the tools that are today's state-of-the-art, including KI-based development with Copilot, Cursor, Claude or Codex as your daily pair-programming partner.

What we do NOT search: Someone who stubbornly defends their stack and raises an eyebrow at new approaches.

What we search: A developer with genuine interest in good interfaces, clean code, and the willingness to always develop further, even if that means working with KI tools today that didn't exist yesterday.
