Frontend Developer (m/w/d)

In accordance with our client's – a well-established online tax consulting firm with over 150 employees – we are looking for a Frontend Developer (m/w/d). The company works entirely digitally and enables its employees to work independently from anywhere in Germany, from home office.

Tasks

• New & further development of our platform in the frontend area
• Conceptualization & development of new features under consideration of common UI/UX standards
• Maintenance & modernization of legacy code/application (Smarty, Vanilla JS, backbone, jQuery)
• Setup, maintenance & optimization of the frontend build pipeline with common build tools

Qualification

• Very good knowledge in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
• Knowledge in Twig, Vue.js, Vanilla JS, jQuery, scss
• Experience in communication with RESTful APIs
• Experience with version control (git)
• Fundamental knowledge of Linux and handling virtualization technologies (e.g. Vagrant, Docker)
• Solution-oriented, self-reliant, and structured working style
• Eigeninitiative & communication skills
• Teamwork ability
• Openness to new technologies
