Tasks
- Conceptualization, development, testing, and maintenance of modern frontend applications based on Angular (from version 21)
- Analysis and conceptualization of new interfaces as well as further development of internal frontend architecture
- Built sustainable and scalable Angular structures for new and existing applications
- Implementation of performant frontends using modern Angular features such as Signals, Control Flow, and Standalone Components
- Development of responsive and barrier-free user interfaces
- Closely collaborate with UX/UI, backend development, and product management
- Implementation of requirements including effort estimation and technical specification in an agile environment
- Ensure maintainability and scalability through modularization, lazy loading, and code splitting
- Conduct automated tests (unit and E2E tests)
- Participate in architectural decisions, technical analyses, and production support
- Integrate applications into CI/CD pipelines and container platforms
- Support in technical documentation and professional consultations
- Taking over technical responsibility and leadership in the frontend area
Qualification
Technical Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Angular (version 21+) including modern concepts such as Signals, Standalone Components, and new Control Flow
- Fundamental experience with TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with RxJS and reactive programming
- Knowledge of Angular Material or comparable UI component libraries
- Experience with Web Components and Progressive Web Apps (PWA)
- Excellent knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest and Playwright
- Familiarity with Git/GitLab, Angular CLI, NPM, and modern build tools like Webpack or Vite
- Experience with ESLint, Prettier, and SonarQube for ensuring code quality
- Knowledge of Docker, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines (especially GitLab CI)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Dynatrace
Desirable Knowledge
- Experience in the banking or financial sector
- Knowledge of micro-frontend architectures and module federation
- Experience with state management solutions like NgRx or NGXS
- Knowledge of web performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
- Experience with DDD (Domain-Driven Design)
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector
