DEINE AUFGABEN

• Verantwortung für die Component Library: Du übernimmst die Leitung beim Aufbau, der Pflege und Skalierung unserer internen Component Library. Du stellst sicher, dass unsere UI-Elemente modular, wiederverwendbar und für eine hohe Informationsdichte optimiert sind.
• Community-getriebene Iteration: Du stehst in ständigem Austausch mit unserem Community-Team. Du analysierst tägliches User-Feedback sowie „Pain Point“-Berichte und übersetzt qualitative Spielerfahrungen in technische UI-Verbesserungen.
• Rapid Prototyping & UX-Optimierung: Du identifizierst Navigations-Engpässe und nutzt Tools wie Figma und KI-gestützte Workflows, um schnell Prototypen zu erstellen und die Klicktiefe für Kernfunktionen zu minimieren.
• Design-to-Code Excellence: Du agierst als technischer Mentor für Frontend-Komponenten. Dabei stellst du sicher, dass visuelles Design und funktionaler Nutzen von PLITCH perfekt ausbalanciert und technisch robust in unserem Desktop-Client umgesetzt werden.
