Frontend-driven Fullstack Developer - BIM/AI Startup

Zenesis develops a KI-based SaaS platform for automating technical building planning (MEP/TGA).

Our software transforms early planning phases (LPH 1–2) through intelligent data structures, automatic calculations and BIM integration.

We are working on:

• Rule-based planning algorithms
• KI-supported planning processes
• BIM integrations (IFC, Revit, Archicad)
• DYNAMIC CALCULATION MODULES
• Intelligent drawing generation

We are not building a website.

We are building the intelligence infrastructure for the next generation of building planning.

Aufgaben

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with strong frontend focus, who will take our platform UX-wise to the next level.

Your focus:

• Further development of our React/TypeScript frontend architecture
• Development of complex UI workflows for technical planning processes
• Implementation of dynamic calculation and configuration logics
• API integration (Node.js backend)
• Performance optimization and state management
• Closely working with CTO and core development team

You will work directly on a productive system – no greenfield project.

Qualifikation

Must-Have:

• 1+ years experience with React & TypeScript
• Experience with complex state management structures
• API integration and asynchronous data models
• Clean code mentality
• Very good German and English skills

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with 3D, geometry or technical systems
• BIM / CAD / Revit / Archicad knowledge
• Ai/ml interest
• Experience with structured export formats
